Before relocating to the UK, I worked for more than 20 years at the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye across several departments, including the Enforcement Department, Market Oversight and Enforcement Department, Corporate Finance Department, and Institutional Investors Department.

Working across these departments provided me with experience in regulatory environments, operational processes, workflow management, internal control systems, and organisational coordination. My work also required a practical understanding of financial statements and financial reporting processes. In addition, I hold a Master’s degree in Law, which contributed to my understanding of regulatory structures and business processes.

After relocating to the UK, I established AUK Business Consultant Ltd as an independent consultancy providing practical operational, business support, and bookkeeping services to SMEs, with a particular focus on workflow management, internal processes, organisational coordination, and business development support.

My background also enables me to support Turkish companies exploring business opportunities in the UK by helping them identify and connect with suitable local professional partners and service providers.
